GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

All in stock orders for customers shipping within the 48 contiguous states are processed and packed within 1 - 3 business days.

Oversized or overweight orders ship via freight line. In those cases, transit times may be extended. On any air shipments, and on all orders outside of the 48 contiguous states, there may be additional freight charges on some items, for which you will be notified prior to shipment. Additional fees do apply to any drop-ship orders being delivered directly from a vendor.

Backordered, and custom items are pieces that are not yet in stock, but available for purchase.  Once the order becomes available, you will be notified and the item will ship to you.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA

Sales tax is only charged on those purchases being shipped within the state of New York.  Each shipment is insured and a signature upon delivery is required, at which point responsibility for the item is accepted.  If the items which are purchased are delivered to another individual, or business, then the third party has accepted responsibility for the shipment.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW YORK CITY

For large purchases being delivered within New York City and surrounding boroughs, third party delivery options are available for standard delivery and white glove services. These services are an additional charge and will vary according to the delivery location and dimensions of the purchase.  Please contact us directly for inner city delivery quotes.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

On any air shipments, and on all orders outside of the 48 contiguous states or to APO/FPO addresses, there may be additional freight charges on some items, for which you will be notified prior to shipment. Furniture cannot be shipped outside of the US and Canada, or to the US territories outside the 48 contiguous states. Customers are able to arrange a point of pick-up for international shipping with third party freight.  All offers for free shipping and similar promotions exclude international orders unless otherwise noted.  HOMER is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods.

 

RETURN POLICY

HOMER wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.  If a purchase fails to meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange or issue store credit for the cost of the item.  All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, in the condition that they were received.  Please note all furniture, lighting, and custom pieces are final sale.

Store credit will be given for the cost of the item, not for the cost of shipping charges.  Store credit will be issued only after the item has been received back into our warehouse.

 

SALE PRICED ITEMS

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.  

 

LATE RETURNS

Returns outside of the 7-day timeframe may be accepted for Store Credit Only by the discretion of HOMER please contact the store 212.744.7705.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Homer cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
